What Burly Labs is not
Burly Labs operates solely as a chemical research supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy and do not engage in pharmaceutical compounding. We do not operate as a compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor do we manufacture or distribute FDA approved drugs.
Who may purchase
Orders are accepted only from qualified purchasers: research professionals, academic and commercial laboratories, and institutions with the facilities and training to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully. Purchasers must be of legal age in their jurisdiction.
By placing an order, the purchaser represents that they are acquiring the material for laboratory research use only, that they are qualified to handle it, and that it will not be administered to humans or animals. Burly Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order.
Purchaser responsibility
Responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of any material supplied passes to the purchaser on delivery. The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the possession, use and disposal of research chemicals, and for ensuring that anyone working with the material is appropriately trained and equipped.
